Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the 4th annual Fiesta Latina en Irvine!

Experience the rich cultures and contributions of Latin American communities through music, food, art, and crafts. This family-friendly event features entertainment, food trucks, and local vendors, all in a vibrant and educational atmosphere. This free event is open to all ages.

2025 Irvine Police Department Open House

See police and fire vehicles along with skill demonstrations from K-9, drone, and motorcycle officers. There will be opportunities to take photos, play games, get a face painting, and receive special giveaways while supplies last. Food will be available for purchase.

Join us for a vibrant Mid-Autumn Festival

The City of Irvine, in partnership with the South Coast Chinese Cultural Center, will host its fourth annual Mid-Autumn Festival also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival! Enjoy live performances, cultural demonstrations, and delicious food truck fare. Gather with family and friends to celebrate the harvest season and the spirit of community.

Healthy Living Expo

Enrich your health and wellness by accessing educational resources at the City's Healthy Living Expo. This outdoor event will feature a wide variety of exhibitors offering information and services for individuals and families of all ages. Enjoy access to City of Irvine resources, health screenings, fitness demonstrations, educational presentations, including topics like fraud prevention and internet safety, and more. Admission and parking are free.

Monster Splash

Calling all monsters! Dress in your spooky-best and join us at the pool to celebrate Halloween! In addition to trick-or-treating around the pool decks, we’ll have a floating pumpkin patch and decorating station. Take some photos with our spooky friends before changing to swim in the enchanted lagoon.

Love Irvine: Citywide Serve Day

The City of Irvine has partnered with Love Irvine as part of the nationwide Love Our Cities effort aimed to connect people who want to help those in need by working with various nonprofit service providers, faith-based organizations, government entities, and schools.

Let us know if we will see you at the kick-off event at 7:30 a.m. at Woodbridge Center. There will be coffee, breakfast, and fun to start the day! RSVP HERE

CicloIrvine

Celebrate community, connection, and clean air through the City of Irvine’s second annual car-free open streets event. Stroll, bike, and roll along a 1.4-mile car-free stretch of Campus Drive between University Drive and Culver Drive at CicloIrvine. Experience Irvine’s public spaces and local business in a new and reimagined way with live music, art, and engaging activities for all.

Celebrate Earth Day & Open Space

Join the City of Irvine, Irvine Ranch Conservancy, and Irvine Company for an open space celebration at the Quail Hill Trailhead. Guests will be treated to a free pancake breakfast, family-fun activities, and a hike of the 1.8-mile Quail Hill Loop Trail. The guided hike will begin at 10:30 a.m. and is family-friendly, but please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

Time: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. 

Location: Quail Hill Loop, 34 Shady Canyon Drive, Irvine.

Parking available across from the trailhead and at the Quail Hill Community Center.

Visit Quail Hill Community Center to enjoy interactive activities and presentations offered by the City of Irvine and partner agencies.

Jazz in the Palm Court Live Concert Series 
In support of the More than You Can Chew exhibition at the Great Park Gallery, the Great Park Palm Court Arts Complex presents a live music series, Jazz in the Palm Court.  Inspired by a diverse range of composers and musicians, this event echoes the cultural diversity represented in More Than You Can Chew. Bring folding chairs and blankets for seating around the Gallery and Palm Court; no advance registration is needed for these free events.

Holidayz at the Park


It’s the season for family fun and holiday cheer as the Great Park transforms into a winterscape of holiday-themed art, music, and lights. Visit the Palm Court Arts Complex to enjoy interactive displays and festive photo backdrops.

Palm Court Light Display

Holidayz at the Park features an outdoor light display in the Palm Court, inviting guests to stroll and snap photos. The holiday decorations a larger-than-life airplane, paying tribute to the park’s military roots, playfully taken over by the Grinch. Drop in to see the lights and displays daily.

Holidayz Pop-Up at the Great Park Studios

Snap a selfie or a family photo at the Great Park Holidayz Pop-Up. Come explore our various winter themed backdrops as the Artist Studios is transformed into a pop up museum crafted to delight visitors of all ages. Holidayz Pop-Up is open Fridays from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., and weekends from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Illuminate Irvine

Ring in the season with winter-wonderland inspired activities and holiday music classics. The evening culminates with the lighting of the Holiday Tree and Palm Court Arts Complex. Guests are encouraged to donate a new, unwrapped gift for children up to age 12 to aid the Irvine 2/11 Marine Adoption Committee Holiday Toy Drive.
